You'll need 2 boxes of custodes, 1 of bikes, and 1 of terminators. To start off I would buy 3 boxes of Guards, 2 boxes of Vertus Preators, and start looking at some dreadnaughts. Guard boxes are really the best value for our army. We can create three types of troops, an elite (velixus) and an HQ (shield captain). Its a great start towards 1k points. If you build it as 3x bike with salvo, a shield captain, a vexilla, 3x guards with spears, 5x prosecutors, and 5x vigilators, you're at 750 points.
